RLR Industries, Inc. is a full service plastics processor. Our 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area has production capabilities for the following processes:
- Cut Sheet Vacuum Forming, up to 48” x 96”
- Cut Sheet Pressure Forming, up to 48”x 72” x 10” deep
- Cut Sheet Manual Pressure forming for lower volume products
- Free Blow Forming for Lighting Domes and Security Domes
- 3 axis CNC fabrication, cutting area up to 50” x 100”
- 3 axis Laser fabrication, cutting area up to 50” x 100”
- Injection Molding, 8 machines from 77 ton through 700 ton
- Flat Sheet extrusion, up to 60” wide and ranging in thickness from 0.020” to 0.250”
- Various Finishing techniques- sand blasting, silk screening, and painted finishes
- Fulfillment- RLR can provide finished good packaging services upon request for our lighting customers or for any product market
- We have had over 40 years of experience in processing Acrylic, Polycarbonate, and other engineering grade plastic materials
