Daniel Lewis
President
Daniel is the founder and guiding source for our company. Daniel possesses a unique knowledge base of chemistry, plastics forming, fabrication and injection molding, lighting applications, and product design.
After participating in an electronics warfare unit and fulfilling his military service in the United States Navy in the second world war, he attended the City College of New York and graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry, with post graduate work at New York University in Management and Polymer Chemistry at the Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, and at the University of Missouri.
Previous to founding RLR, he held several varied positions in the chemical industry and in space propulsion systems. He also held positions as a Vice President of Tiger Plastics, a custom former, and at the same time he was a sales engineer with KSH plastics, working with lighting specifiers.
In non-lighting work, Daniel manufactured acrylic consumer home products in the 1960’s. Some examples of his work are on permanent display at the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
Daniel also participates in numerous business organizations, including the Society of Plastics Engineers, the American Lighting Association and the New York chapter of the Illuminating Engineering Society. He has published numerous articles on plastics forming in industry journals.

Andrew Lewis
Vice President
Andrew is responsible for all manufacturing and management operations at RLR. Andrew possesses 20 years of experience in the lighting industry working at RLR. He has held varied positions as a machine operator, production scheduler, and materials manager for the company. Previously, Andrew worked for General Instrument Corporation as a systems engineer.
He attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO and Lehigh University, and graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He also possesses a Masters in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.

Stewart Lewis
Director of Marketing
Stewart is responsible for marketing, OEM product development and RLR product development for the firm. Stewart possesses 16 years of experience in the lighting industry with RLR. He has experience in production, purchasing, material specification, and customer service and product design. He extensively researches the trends in the commercial and decorative lighting fixture markets and leads the product development arm of RLR to produce innovative component solutions for our customers.
In addition, Stewart manages new product development for our OEM customers on our engaged contract projects.
He possesses several United States Patents for his RLR product developments.
Stewart attended Syracuse University where he studied Architecture and graduated with a B.A. in Economics.

Walter Thompson
National Sales Manager
Walter is responsible for account management in the East Coast, Southeast and West Coast territories of the continental United States and for the provinces of Quebec British Columbia in Canada.
Walter possesses 25 years of experience in the lighting industry working for a major supplier of lighting components to the fluorescent lighting industry. His varied positions held include sales management, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Previously, Walter worked for the Boy Scouts of America as a nationwide management advisor to chapters of the organization.
He attended Lambuth College in Jackson, TN, and graduated with a B.S in Business Management and a B.A. in Education.

J.C. Carlton
National Sales Manager
J.C. is responsible for account management in the Mid-West territory of the continental United States and for the province of Ontario in Canada.
J.C. possesses 35 years of experience in the lighting industry, working for an electrical distributorship, a top 5 lighting fixture original equipment manufacturer, and a major supplier of lighting components to the fluorescent lighting industry. His varied positions held include sales management, purchasing, materials management and partnership in a sales representative agency serving lighting fixture OEM’s.
He attended Martin Junior College and Louisiana State University.

Garfield Gosa
Director of Manufacturing
Garfield is responsible for production and facilities management at our Mableton, Georgia manufacturing facility.
Garfield possesses 30 years of experience in the lighting industry working for a major Original Equipment Manufacturer as manager of their in house plastics forming and extrusion department. He also has had experience in plant management for a fluorescent lighting components supplier.
Previously, Garfield worked in construction management and maintenance management.
He attended the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

Julie Silverman
Chief Financial Officer
Julie has been with RLR in this capacity since April, 2003. Besides his financial responsibilities, Julie is also involved in daily general operations and administrative overview.
Julie has 30 years of professional experience. He was certified as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, as well as certified as an Israeli Certified Public Accountant. Julie has experience in a range of professional managerial financial positions, including 22 years in Israel working for publicly traded companies on both the NASDAQ and the Israeli Stock Exchange. The positions included Chief Accountant, Manager of Financial Reporting, and CFO.
Julie attended the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel for 3 years, and was graduated from Florida Atlantic University (Boca Raton, FL) with a B.S. in Business Administration.
