RLR Industries, Inc. acquires Hopkinsville Wood Products; launches RLR-HOP Custom Specialties Division.

Expanding our ability to serve the commercial, residential, and hospitality lighting markets, RLR Industries, Inc has purchased Hopkinsville Wood Products and has launched a new division, RLR-HOP Custom Specialties. The acquisition includes the wood frame and decorative plastics product lines of Hopkinsville Wood Products.

A standard catalog will be released the second quarter of 2008. We look forward to continuing to supply the lighting fixture OEM with innovative lighting component solutions, with continued expansion of our decorative offerings.

Mableton, Georgia, USA- RLR Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of our corporate website, www.rlrindinc.com.
 
 
RLR's new 1500 Series Vandal Enclosures allow the OEM to provide a spec grade quality all polycarbonate luminaire at a comparable price point to existing polycarbonate vandal enclosures. Features include an architectural design motif, conduit drill points on housings and integral captured lens gasketing.
OEM's can offer increased lumen output levels in CLF luminaires by utilizing RLR's new Energy Savers line of injection molded lenses and diffusers. Additional benefits include higher lamp and component obscuration and a etched glass visual effect when the luminaire is in operation.
