 Formed Vanities
RLR Industries, Inc. offers two product families in the Formed Vanity category of diffuser product: |

- 5000 Bath Puff Series. A simple, pure
formed diffuser which provides even illumination when used with a standard strip fixture.
- Bauhaus Glass Block Series. A diffuser which utilizes a unique Architectural Glass Block Design Motif which produces a soft reduced glare glowing light when used with a standard strip fixture.
5000 Bath Puff Series
As a linear wall mount companion product to our 4000 Puff series, RLR Industries, Inc. offers the 5000 Bath Puff Series. |

The lens is available in industry standard 2 foot, 3 foot and 4 foot lengths to mate with standard strip fixtures. A hole and plug kit is available from RLR so the OEM can utilize the standard fixture end plates, typically supplied with ½” knockouts.
The plate slug is knocked out and the RLR supplied hole plug fit into the knockout, and the threaded hole in the plug corresponds to the holes drilled on the ends of diffuser, allowing for a positive fit.
Lenses are pressure formed from an acrylic/impact modified acrylic blend. |

Bauhaus Glass Block Series
Using an Architectural Glass Block design motif, the Bauhaus series offers the OEM the ability to produce a uniquely styled vanity luminaire utilizing standard fluorescent strip fixtures.
The lens is available in industry standard 2 foot, 3 foot and 4 foot lengths to mate with standard strip fixtures. The lenses attach to the fixtures via supplied spring clips. The clips attach to the bottom of the strip fixture and the clips line up with attachment points on the inside of the Glass Block Diffuser, allowing for a positive fit.
There are three sizes available- 2 foot, 3 foot, and 4 foot in length, plus a companion wall sconce.
Lenses are formed from an acrylic/impact modified acrylic blend. |
