Vapor Tite Lenses

RLR Industries, Inc. has two families of product available in the Vapor Tite product class.

The Curled Lip Vapor Tite Series of product fits industry standard fiberglass vapor-tite housings.

The Flanged Lip Vapor Tite Series of product fits various surface mounted vapor tite fixture housings.

Curled Lip Vapor Tite Diffusers

RLR Industries, Inc. produces a line of Curled Lip Vapor Tite diffusers in 4 foot and 8 foot lengths.

Standard Material consists of 0.100” starting thickness clear crepe patterned acrylic combined with impact modified acrylic. Optional material choices include polycarbonate and 100% impact modified acrylic. A prismatic pattern is also available.

Flanged Lip Vapor Tite Diffusers

RLR Industries, Inc. produces a line of Flanged Lip Vapor Tite diffusers in 4 foot and 8 foot lengths.

Standard Material consists of 0.100” starting thickness clear smooth acrylic combined with impact modified acrylic. Optional material choices include polycarbonate and 100% impact modified acrylic. A prismatic pattern is also available.

RLR's new 1500 Series Vandal Enclosures allow the OEM to provide a spec grade quality all polycarbonate luminaire at a comparable price point to existing polycarbonate vandal enclosures. Features include an architectural design motif, conduit drill points on housings and integral captured lens gasketing.

OEM's can offer increased lumen output levels in CLF luminaires by utilizing RLR's new Energy Savers line of injection molded lenses and diffusers. Additional benefits include higher lamp and component obscuration and a etched glass visual effect when the luminaire is in operation.
