Frost & LED Sheet Products

RLR Industries, Inc. offers three product families in the Frost & LED Sheet Products:




FR Frost Acrylic Sheet

RLR FR Frost Acrylic Sheet is a range of frosted acrylic flat sheets which can be used in commercial and architectural fluorescent and LED luminaires.

The sheet can be used in lay-in applications, or can be fabricated easily into any 2 dimensional shape or pattern.

Several thickness, light transmission, and lamp/led pixel obscuration levels are available for various luminaire applications.

Various Grades of RLR FR sheet are available from stock in sheets 25” x 50.  Other sheet sizes can be run upon request.

FR sheet is produced with a fine beaded texture on both sides of the sheet surface and provides a soft glowing lighting effect.

 

RLR Industries, Inc. has the in house capability of CNC or laser cutting FR sheet to any two-dimensional flat pattern, with holes, slots, elongated cutouts, decorative effects or multi-radius curvatures per your specifications.  Simply provide RLR with an electronic drawing and we can provide you with a project proposal.

DANI-LED Sheet

RLR DANI-LED Acrylic Sheet is a range of specially formulated acrylic flat sheets which can be used in commercial and architectural LED luminaires, at a lower cost basis than RLR FR Frosted Sheet.

The sheet can be used in lay-in applications, or can be fabricated easily into any 2 dimensional shape or pattern. Several thickness, light transmission, and led pixel obscuration levels are available for various luminaire applications.

RLR DANI-LED sheet is produced with a smooth surface finish on both sides of the sheet. Various Grades of RLR DANI-LED sheet are available from stock in sheets 25" x 50". Other sheet sizes can be run upon request.

LED HI-MAX Sheet

RLR LED HI-MAX Acrylic Sheet is a flat sheet which can be used in commercial and architectural LED luminaires. LED HI-MAX is specially formulated to provide a significantly higher level of LED pixel obscuration which other LED or Frosted acrylic sheet cannot achieve.

The sheet can be used in lay-in applications, or can be fabricated easily into any 2 dimensional shape or pattern.

RLR LED HI-MAX sheet is produced with a smooth surface finish on both sides of the sheet.

LED HI-MAX sheet is available from stock in sheets 25” x 50” in .020” thickness.  Other sheet sizes and thicknesses can be run upon request.

RLR's new 1500 Series Vandal Enclosures allow the OEM to provide a spec grade quality all polycarbonate luminaire at a comparable price point to existing polycarbonate vandal enclosures. Features include an architectural design motif, conduit drill points on housings and integral captured lens gasketing.
OEM's can offer increased lumen output levels in CLF luminaires by utilizing RLR's new Energy Savers line of injection molded lenses and diffusers.
